What’s all included:
20 Virtual Workouts
This 12-week program is broken into three, 1-month progressions. Each is 5 days a week of training with 2 bonus active rest days.
The workouts are designed for "progressive hypertrophy", which means increasing and tracking your weights and intensity as you get stronger, with the goal of adding more muscle, while maintaining leanness.
In addition to the 12 weeks' worth of programming, you'll have access to active rest yoga-flows and FREE MetCon Matrix.
Suggested Calendar to Follow:
Muscle building requires a 5-day per week commitment. You're going to need to overload the muscles and force them to respond. This is the only way to see physical change.
I provide a weekly calendar for you that offers maximum build and recovery.
Please note: I'm aware we have competing priorities. If you cannot commit to all 5 days, all is NOT lost. Adjust based on your unique schedule and make the program work for you BUT, if you aren't able to commit to at least 3 days a week, I wouldn't recommend this program for you.

The minute there is silence, I know there is a problem! I will NEED to hear from you, even if one text exchange/FB/IG tag/ week (minimum). For this reason, engagement is required. You are NOT inconveniencing me. YOU ARE committing, trying, failing, trying, failing and SUCCEEDING. This is how we grow!
In check-ins, we discuss mindfulness strategies and assign homework.
