Training Philosophy
My programs are pragmatic yet meticulous. Competitive cheerleading, gymnastics, marathon running, MMA, yoga, pilates, and kettlebells had a large influence in my methodologies. I'm grateful to say in training, these diverse practices gave me an edge in efficiency and you'll see this play out in each program.

Also, in the short chapter as an ANBF and NPC Bodybuilder it was pretty cool to be viewed as ridiculously ripped but it was not cool to spend every waking moment counting calories. Spending 2+ hrs in the gym didn’t add up. As a trainer, efficiency was one way I knew I could give back!
My programs consistently consider the following variables:
Safety: If you get injured, we’re both out of commission.
Compliance: Will you actually follow this? I’ve seen some pretty wacky movements on the internet. Don’t worry I won’t have you cawing like a bird or doing splits... unless of course the research is solid! (highly unlikely).
Results-Driven: I’m a straight shooter. You might like some exercises more than others but the programs are written with your goals intended.
