What’s all included:
20 Virtual Workouts
This 12-week program is broken into three, 1-month progressions. Each is 5 days a week of training with 2 additional active-rest bonuses.
The workouts progressive and hypertrophic which means you will be increasing and tracking your weights and intensity as you get stronger, with the goal of adding more muscle, while maintaining leanness.
In addition to the 12 weeks' worth of programming, you'll have access to active rest yoga-flows and FREE MetCon Matrix.
Suggested Calendar to Follow:
For physical transformation, KelBELLS requires a 5-day per week commitment. You're going to need to overload the your muscles, force them to respond, and repeat this. This is how we result in additional muscle.
A weekly calendar is mapped out for you that allows for maximum build and recovery.
Please note that if you cannot do all 5 days, all is NOT lost. You can adjust based on your unique schedule and make the program work for you BUT, if you aren't able to commit to at least 3 days a week, I wouldn't invest in this program.
Weekly Check-in + Private Support Group
The minute there is silence, I know there is a problem! I will NEED to hear from you, even if one text exchange/FB/IG tag/ week (minimum). For this reason, engagement is required. You are NOT inconveniencing me. YOU ARE committing, trying, failing, trying, failing and SUCCEEDING. This is how we grow!
In check-ins, we discuss mindfulness strategies and assign homework.
