THIS IS 31!
I find these BDAY posts a tad awkward and overboard. What is there for me to share with you that I don't already share on the daily? As you know, like my Dad, I'm an open book.

At 31, not too much has changed but then again, EVERYTHING has changed.
I started in Boston as an Intern at America's Test Kitchen and simultaneously launched @kleanplate , my first success in business. They opened so many doors and gained me loyal friends and customers.

As any successful entrepreneur knows, failure is the first step in success and luckily Klean Plate is FAR from failure.

A lot of people have asked me, "What happened to Klean Plate?" and for years it has haunted me. Without divulging, it felt like a divorce. It took me years to accept, cope and move on. I took the most uncomfortable steps outside my comfort zone and worked in the corporate world to try and explore other skill sets, opportunities and identities.

The growing pains of the last five years have been VAST and I'm so grateful to the people who have stuck by my side and to the friends I've gained.

Want to hear the irony? I'm RIGHT BACK TO WHERE I STARTED. FOOD & FITNESS are my undeniable passions! The most critical lesson I tell any client is to KEEP trying! Everything is about balance. One ice cream sundae or 🍔 won't break the bank. One salad isn't going to get us to our goal. Everything in consistency. Well here I am with entrepreneurial spirit coursing through my veins saying, I am NOT giving up and have an entire new outlook on business.

So excited to throw my hat back into the ring with CoachKellyBoston LLC because business is all about SHOWING UP!
