Eat the Damn Cookie
"Chances are if you can't have a little *wiggle* room in your diet you have a fairly fragile metabolism" Jill Coleman

If the idea of cookies or the Holidays bring you anxiety, I challenge you to ask yourself, "Why am I doing this?" verses the ever so popular, "Why did I do that?"
"Why am I eating this?... really."
"Why am I buying this?... really."
"Why am I in this relationship?... really."
This weekend, I baked and had a cookie or two. I didn't cry over butter, carbs, or sugar cause I didn't eat mindlessly and look up and say, "Why did I do that?" Instead, I thoroughly enjoyed each moment and know every action has an equal and opposite reaction. There's no better feeling than taking ownership and responsibility. If we want to indulge, working hard daily affords wiggle-room.
