Turmeric Marinade

Turmeric has been a hot topic for a while now and I for one am very happy for this. Not only does it make dishes pop with color but it doesn’t really have too much flavor, is versatile and doesn’t leave much room for excuses in exclusion. It's a no-brainer if you will.
Added turmeric to an already trendy “apple cider vinegar” marinated chicken for an added color and anti-inflammatory boost. This marinade is bright, puckery, and pairs perfectly with salads, sandwiches or even as tandoori! YUM!
Some notes about turmeric: Its' inflammatory powers only work if you have high doses, so it needs to be present on the daily so perhaps add a dash to your tea, or honey. 6-8 sprigs thyme
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 TBS ground Turmeric
Juice 1-2 Lemons
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2-3 TBS Honey
1-2 TBS Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper (season to your liking)
