Let's talk about Squash! It's like vegetable candy packed with vitamins that goes with everything! Great as soup, dessert, side, in oats, mashed.... It's one of the easiest and smartest things to keep on-hand through fall and winter! When in doubt, SQUASH-IT! 
1 squash peeled/ diced

Cinnamon, paprika, cayenne, salt 🧂 & pepper

Drizzle of evoo

Roast at 400 till it's done. Don't ask me how long... just till it's done. Your oven is different than mine. You'll dice bigger or smaller, use less or more oil... cooking with intuition is best!;) check on it after 20 mins and keep checking. Show your squash you care! ❤️
