Apple Overnight Oats

Back by popular demand; more overnight oats! When I need a break from  pumpkin oats, I swap out with these caramel apple oats; not a bad deal at all! 


2 Servings:

Ingredients:

1C Oats

1/2 TBS Almond Butter

2 TBS Unsweetened Apple Sauce

2/3C Corepower Vanilla Shake

1.5 oz Greek Yogurt

1/2 TBS Hemp Hearts

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 scoop Caramel Quest Protein Powder

Capful of Vanilla Extract

Pinch of Salt

 

Mix together. Store in refrigerator overnight. Enjoy cold or warm!
